Create Set Rights Roles
With Set Rights Set Rights are the system permissions you allocate to employees to control the information available to a user about other employees. roles, you can set up access for groups of employees (for example, line managers or heads of departments) in bulk. You can then assign the roles you have created to employees.
Take care when assigning Set Rights roles and make sure to select the appropriate employees first, using the Employee Selector.
The Set Rights Role feature is only available if it is included in your package.
If you do not have Set Rights Roles:

To update an employee's Set Rights when they change job roles, you must manually adjust their basic and advanced Set Rights permissions
