IRIS Identity (Okta)

• We will soon be introducing IRIS Identity to your HR software. IRIS Identity is a single sign-in system for IRIS Software Group's cloud products. IRIS Identity also supports federated sign-in via corporate directories, such as Active Directory. We work with Okta, a market-leading Identity Management specialist, to securely manage your details.

• Your IRIS Identity profile will allow you to use the same account across different IRIS products and applications, reducing the number of details you need to remember. The IRIS Identity platform also includes heightened security features to help keep your account safe.

• You can add multi-factor authentication to your account via the account management screen in a supported IRIS cloud application.

  Depending on your system setup, you may need to complete actions before we can transition to IRIS Identity. Find out more.
