Using the Perform module

Module is only available if you have added it to your account.

Set up the Perform module before creating and assigning your appraisals.

The Perform module allows you to:

• Create appraisal templates with Groups (sections) and Frameworks (subsections).

• Add your organisation's goals and values into the system, and include them in appraisal forms.

• Assign appraisal forms to individuals and groups of employees.

• Copy an appraisal template.

• Create an appraisal template with a temporary lock to stop employees from accessing an appraisal while a line manager works on it.

• View and complete appraisal forms (employees, line managers and additional feedback providers).

• Report on appraisals.
